How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at checkout to secure your order.
Once your beef has reached maturity, it is weighed and priced at market value.
Here is a rough estimate:
Half Beef ($1,225)
Whole Beef ($2,550)
The remaining amount + processing fees are due when you pick up your order.
How much is processing?
Here is a rough estimate*:
Half Beef ($300)
Whole Beef ($600)
*There can be extra charges for special cuts.
Our customers are responsible for the processing of their beef and are expected to pick up their order directly from the processor.
How do I get my beef?
You are expected to pick up your order directly from the processor.
Our main processor is Westphalia Market located at 734 St. Hwy 320, Lott, TX 76656.
You will receive a call two weeks prior to your processing date to confirm your selected cuts, any special requests, and pick up location.
Are there any other options besides half/whole beef?
No, our processor is only able to process half and whole beef orders.
Can I get custom cuts?
Yes! Please provide the details of what you would like under the “special instructions” category on the cut sheet.
Is vacuum pack an option?
Yes, absolutely. There is an extra charge for this service.
