For more than 40 years, AJ Cattle has been raising premium Black Angus Cross cattle. Born, bred, and pasture-raised in central Texas, our cattle are hormone and antibiotic-free; grass-fed, and grain-finished to provide you with the best quality beef you can put on your table.
THE ORDERING PROCESS
Want to place an order?
Follow the four simple steps below:
Step 1: Choose Your Amount
You have the option of ordering whole or half-beef.
Note: A whole cow will provide roughly 600-700 lbs of meat.
Step 2: Complete Your Cut Sheet
Select your processing date and choose your cuts before proceeding to checkout.
Step 3: Pay $250 Deposit to Secure Order
A $250 deposit is required at checkout to secure your order. Once your beef has reached maturity, it is weighed and priced at market value + processing fees.

Whole Beef ($2,550)
Step 4: Pick up from the Processor
Our customers are responsible for the processing of their beef and are expected to pick up their order directly from the processor. Please refer to the map below for more information on processing dates/location.

FAQs
How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at checkout to secure your order, this will be applied to total cost off beef.
Once your beef has reached maturity, it is weighed and priced at market value.

Half Beef ($1,225)
Whole Beef ($2,550)
The remaining amount + processing fees are due when you pick up your order.
How much is processing?

Our customers are responsible for the processing of their beef and are expected to pick up their order directly from the processor.
How do I get my beef?
You are expected to pick up your order directly from the processor.
Our main processor is Westphalia Market located at 734 St. Hwy 320, Lott, TX 76656.
You will receive a call two weeks prior to your processing date to confirm your selected cuts, any special requests, and pick up location.
Are there any other options besides half/whole beef?
No, our processor is only able to process half and whole beef orders.
Can I get custom cuts?
Yes! Please provide the details of what you would like under the “special instructions” category on the cut sheet.
Is vacuum pack an option?
Yes, absolutely. There is an extra charge for this service.
